Autopol: offline software solution for press-brake programming

This powerful software allows to replicate the bending process of each press-brake suitable to be managed with this technology.

By simulation is possible to:

  • highlight critical process phases, offering the virtual evaluation of multiple solutions and scenarios minimizing waste of raw material and time
  • creation of press-brakes programs offline, choosing the best one (or the most suitable ones) for the specific workpiece
  • perform feasibility studies of bent parts, together with the customers to find the best solution
  • collision check and required forces
  • choose the right tools avalaible on the shop-floor, or guiding the purchase if new tool sets
  • support the press-brake operators during component processing
