Bending & Folding

We are specialized in sheet metal bending and folding, mainly on stainless steel. 

Nonetheless, other materials find room in our shop floor:

  • iron/steel
  • aluminum
  • galvanized plate
  • tread /anti slip plate

 

DMINOX, on the strength of more than 40 years in sheet metal manufacturing, have all the know-how to perform this process at his best using state of the art technology. 

If a press-brake is used, the bending process is performed by placing the sheet between punch & die, applying an adequate force. 

Using a panel bender instead, the sheet is kept in position by the blankholder and deformed by the action of lower blade and counterblade. Usually this kind of process is better known as folding. 

The result is a variety of shapes, from the simplest to the complex ones.
