INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data EU No 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian legislation in force on the subject, we would like to provide you with some information relating to the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data.
All these data are processed in compliance with the privacy regulations in force and with the confidentiality obligations that have always been observed.
DATA CATEGORY
We process your personal and fiscal and/or sensitive data, as well as data of an economic nature that are necessary for the execution of existing or future contractual relationships.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The personal data provided is processed to provide the services requested and in relation to contractual requirements, and the consequent fulfilment of legal and tax obligations and to allow effective management of financial and business relationships.
MODALITIES OF THE TREATMENT
The processing of your data
is carried out with reference to the operations indicated by the relevant legislation and in particular: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your personal data is processed by manual, computer and telematic means and in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality in accordance with current legislation, inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of treatment.
NATURE OF THE CONTRIBUTION
The nature of the provision of data is optional. However, in the absence of the contribution it is impossible to carry out any activity with regard to you.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
Your data may be communicated to the staff of the company, as managers and processors. Your data may be communicated by us, with this term meaning to give knowledge to one or more specific subjects, in the following terms:
- to persons who need access to the data for purposes auxiliary to the relationship between you and us, to the extent strictly necessary to carry out the auxiliary tasks,
- to our consultants, to the extent necessary to carry out their duties at our organization,
- to subjects who can access the data in accordance with the provisions of the law, regulations or community legislation, within the limits provided for by these rules.
Personal data will not be communicated for other purposes or even distributed.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Union.
THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT AND THE PROCEDURES IN WHICH THEY ARE TO BE IMPLEMENTED
The interested party has the right to exercise the rights provided for by current legislation and precisely:
- to have access to personal data concerning him/her;
- to obtain the rectification, supplementation or erasure of the same or the restriction of the processing which concerns him/her;
- to object to the processing;
- to revoke consent, if any; revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation;
- to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (“Privacy Guarantor”).

PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION
The personal data collected will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and, subsequently, for a period of time of 10 years from the closing of the contractual relationship. Personal data may also be processed for a longer period of time for reasons of legal protection.

INFORMATION ON COOKIES ACCORDING TO EUROPEAN REGULATIONS
The website you are browsing complies with the European legislation on the use of cookies. To make this website work properly, we sometimes install small data files called “cookies” on your device. What are cookies?

Is it possible to block cookies?
Yes, you can block or allow cookies on all websites or choose the sites for which they are allowed.
Should I block all cookies?
Not necessarily. Blocking all cookies may help to protect your privacy but may limit the functionality available on some websites. It is therefore advisable to choose the websites for which you want to allow cookies. You can then initially block all cookies and then allow cookies that are necessary for sites that are considered trustworthy.
What are temporary cookies?
Temporary cookies (or session cookies) are removed from your computer when you close your browser. They are used to store temporary information, such as items in your shopping cart.
What are persistent cookies?
Persistent cookies (or saved cookies) remain stored on your computer even after you close your browser. They are used to store information, such as your login name and password, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you visit a specific site. Permanent cookies can stay on your computer for days, months or even years.
What are the cookies on the websites you view?
The cookies of the websites you view are derived from the website you view and may be permanent or temporary. They can be used to store information that will be reused the next time you visit the site.
What are third party cookies?
Third party cookies are derived from advertisements on other sites, such as pop-ups or banners, on the website you view. They can be used to record your use of the website for marketing purposes.
Below are the procedures for activating or deactivating, deleting or blocking cookies on major browsers.
Google Chrome
Enabling or disabling cookies
1. Click on the Chrome menu icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Show Advanced Settings.
4. In the “Privacy” section, click Content Settings.
5. Enable or disable cookies:
6. To enable cookies, select Allow local data storage (recommended).
7. To disable cookies, select Prevent sites from setting data.
8. Click Finish to save.
If you prefer that Google Chrome does not store a record of your visits and downloads, you can browse the web in undercover browsing mode.
Opening an Undercover Browsing Window
An incognito navigation window looks different from a normal window. The top of an undercover navigation window is grey or blue, depending on your computer or device.
To open an undercover navigation window, do the following:
Exit incognito navigation mode
You can exit the incognito navigation mode by clicking the X icon in the corner of the window:
Click the X icon in the corner of the window.
Use the keyboard shortcut Alt+F4 (Windows and Linux) or ?-Shift-W (Mac).
Close the last tab in a window; the window is automatically closed as well.
How it works
– Navigation history is not recorded. Web pages viewed, and files downloaded in incognito browsing mode are not recorded in browsing and download history.
– Cookies are deleted. All new cookies are deleted after you close all incognito navigation windows.
– You can easily switch between incognito and normal browsing modes. You can open incognito and normal windows at the same time and switch between modes.
– Extensions are deactivated. In incognito navigation windows, extensions are automatically deactivated. This is because Google Chrome does not control how extensions manage your personal data. If you want an extension to appear in the incognito navigation windows, check the “Allow incognito mode” checkbox for the extension.
Data that is stored
Chrome stores updates of favourites and general settings.
Chrome stores any changes you make to your favourites or general settings in undercover browsing mode.
Websites may keep a record of your visit.
Uncovered browsing is only intended to prevent Google Chrome from storing information about the websites you have visited. The websites you visit may have records of your visit stored on them. In addition, all files saved on your computer or mobile device are stored.
Internet Explorer
To delete cookies, follow these steps:
1. To open Internet Explorer, click the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer and then in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button and then choose Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab and then under Browsing History, click Delete.
4. Select the Cookies check box and then click Delete if it is not already selected. Select or clear the checkboxes for any other options you wish to delete. To keep cookies for your saved favourites, select the Keep data check box on your favourite websites.
Opera
Preferences for cookies
Preferences > Advanced > Cookies. These settings allow you to configure cookie management in Opera. The default setting is to accept all cookies.
Accept Cookies
All cookies are accepted
Accepts cookies only from the site you visit
Third party cookies sent from a domain other than the one you are visiting are rejected.
Never accept cookies
All cookies are rejected
Delete new cookies when you leave Opera
Some websites need cookies to function properly. In this case, if you want to prevent the cookies sent from being stored between browsing sessions, activate the option “Delete new cookies when you leave Opera”.
Ask before accepting a cookie
To decide from time to time what to do with the received cookies, select “Ask before accepting a cookie”. This will display a cookie dialog box with information about the origin of the cookie and its attributes for each new cookie.
Cookies management
The cookie manager allows you to examine and modify the cookies saved in Opera. The “Manage cookies…” button opens a window containing a list of folders, each identified by a domain. After using the quick search field to locate a domain, open the corresponding folder to view all the cookies connected to it.
The cookie dialog box
The cookie dialog box is displayed whenever a website delivers a cookie, but only if you have activated the “Ask before accepting a cookie” option in Preferences > Advanced > Cookies. The dialog box displays the origin of the cookie and its attributes and allows you to choose whether to accept or reject it.
Force removal when exiting Opera
Check the “Force removal upon exit from Opera” box to request that the cookie is removed at the end of the session regardless of its expiration date.
Remember the choice for all cookies for this domain
To accept or reject all cookies set for the same domain, check the box “Remember the choice for all cookies for this domain”. This way, the next time a cookie is offered for the same domain, the dialog box will no longer be displayed.

Click on “Cookies details” to view all attributes.
Safari
To set cookie blocking
click Block cookies and choose “Never”, “From third parties and advertisers” or “Always”. Cookies are web site information that is stored on your device to allow sites to remember you the next time when you visit them and so that the web page can be customized based on the information obtained.
Important: Some pages may only work if you accept cookies.
To turn JavaScript on or off
Click on Advanced and enable or disable the corresponding option. JavaScript allows web programmers to control page elements. For example, a page that uses JavaScript might display the current date and time or open a link in a new pop-up window.
To remove information from your device
– To delete your history from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Delete History.
– To delete all cookies from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Delete cookies and data.
– To delete other information stored by Safari, tap Advanced > Website data > Remove all website data.
Firefox
To check or change your settings:
Click the menu button and select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Under History Settings: select use custom settings.
To enable cookies, select Accept cookies from sites; to disable them, remove the checkmark from the box.
If you are experiencing problems with cookies, also make sure that the Accept third-party cookies option is not set to Never.
Choose how long cookies can be stored:
Keep them until they expire: Cookies will be removed when they reach their expiration date (date set by the site that sends the cookies).
Keep them until you close Firefox: Cookies stored on your computer will be removed when you close Firefox.
Keep them until asked each time: displays an alert each time a website tries to set a cookie and asks you if you want this cookie saved.
Click OK to close the options window.
Delete cookies for a specific site
1. Click the menu button and select Options.
2. Select the Privacy panel.
3. Under History Settings: select use custom settings.
4. Click the Show cookies… item. The Cookies window will be displayed.
5. In the Search field, type in the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. A list will appear showing the cookies related to your search.
6. In the list, select the cookies you want to remove and click the Remove Cookies button.
7. To select all cookies in the list, select the first cookie and press the Shift+End keys.
8. Click the Close button to close the Cookies window.
9. Click OK to close the options window.
Deleting All Cookies
1. Click the menu button, select History, and then Delete Recent History.
2. From the Time interval to delete drop-down menu: select all.
3. Click the arrow next to Details to see the list of items you want to delete.
4. Select Cookies and make sure the other items you want to keep are not selected.
5. Click Delete Now to delete cookies, then close the Delete All History window.
Blocking Cookies for a Specific Site
Visit the site where you want to inhibit the ability to set cookies.
Right-click by placing the mouse cursor within the page and select the About page item.
In the Page Information window, select the Permissions panel.
On the Set Cookies line, remove the checkmark from Use Defaults. Select the Lock option.
Close the Page Information window.
Remove all cookies that the website has already set in Firefox.
View the list of blocked websites
Click the menu button to select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Under History settings: select use custom settings.
Next to the Accept cookies from sites item, click the Exceptions button.
Blocking cookies from all sites
Click the menu button and select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Under History Settings, select the option use custom settings.
Remove the checkmark from Accept Cookies from Sites.
Click OK to close the options window.
Disabling third-party cookies
Third party cookies are cookies set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting. For example, the cnn.com website may contain a Facebook Like button. That button will set a cookie that can be read by Facebook. This could be considered as a third-party cookie.
Some advertisers use these types of cookies to keep track of your visits on all sites on which they offer their services. If you believe that this tracking may be a cause for concern and interference with your privacy, you can disable third-party cookies at Firefox.
Remarks:
– Disabling third-party cookies may in some cases prevent tracking by advertisers, but not all advertisers.
– Some websites (such as Microsoft Hotmail, MSN and Windows Live Mail mailboxes) use third-party cookies for purposes that are not necessarily privacy-related and deactivating them may interfere with the proper functioning of those sites.
Third party cookie settings are available in the Firefox Options Privacy panel window:
Click the menu button to select Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Under History Settings: select use custom settings.
Set the Accept third-party cookies option to never.
Remarks: If you are browsing this setting and you realize that you cannot see some of your favourite websites correctly, an intermediate solution is to set the Accept Third Party Cookies option on the sites you visit. This setting allows you to accept third party cookies from websites you have previously visited.
